Investment Banking Analyst

Location: New York

Salary: up to $130k

• Support senior bankers in various tasks and projects.
• Develop client presentation materials, conducting background research, analysis, and drafting.
• Utilize financial models and conduct detailed financial analysis.
• Perform valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis.
• Collaborate with product partners and oversee the transaction execution process, ensuring timely completion to meet client expectations.
• Adhere to compliance procedures and internal risk controls according to regulatory standards and policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Healthcare Investment Banking.
• Skills and Abilities:
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and investment banking products, particularly in Healthcare.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a self-starter attitude.
