Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Transformation Project Manager to join our team in Miami. This role is crucial in driving strategic initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance. As a Senior Transformation Project Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects that align with Santander's strategic goals and vision for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, resources, and timelines, and track progress against these plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
• Communicate project status, updates, and changes to senior management and other stakeholders regularly.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (PMP, Six Sigma) is preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on transformation and change management within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
