Director of Strategic Sales at Grade 'A' Hire

Grade 'A' Hire, a leader in sales recruitment and enablement, is seeking a Director of Strategic Sales to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our company’s growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans that enhance client acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

- Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals; fostering a competitive yet collaborative team environment.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights to the team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a sales executive, sales director, or similar role with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Strong understanding of how to drive sales through strategic analysis and direct customer engagement.

- Experience in crafting sales strategies for sales optimization and profitability.

- Ability to mentor and lead sales teams to achieve sales excellence.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
