I have an immediate need for an in-home 5th grade math & ELA tutor in north Lutz. The student is a 5th grader attending Lake Middle School. He wants to work with a tutor for math and reading.

For math, the student struggles with solving math problems. Areas to focus on are fractions and decimals. The student has difficulty with comprehension of the general subject. In reading he has difficulty with comprehension and reading fluency. He is performing at an average level in both subjects.

Mom's goal is for the student to improve his confidence in math, reading comprehension and fluency. She would like for his improved skills to be reflected positively in his grades. They do have study materials to work with.

Mom wants 1 hour sessions 3 times a week. They are available Monday through Friday from 5pm-8pm as well as Saturday through Sunday from 11am-4pm. If possible Mom would prefer sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Job Requirements

• Tutor must be willing to work at the student's home in north Lutz near Richeau Lake.
• Minimal travel required to meet with student (you decide the distance you are willing to travel, typically 5-10 miles)

Student Availability

MON-FRI 5pm-8pm

SAT-SUN 11am-4pm
