Gradient Securities, LLC is Hiring an Internal Financial Advisor Near Arden, MN
The Gradient Financial Group is a leading financial services company that includes eleven unique entities doing business throughout the country. We’re seeking an energetic crew member for the Client Account Manager position with Gradient Securities. Gradient Securities is a Broker-Dealer dually registered with FINRA and as Gradient Wealth Management who is an SEC registered investment advisor firm. In this position you will act as the financial advisor to Gradient Securities and Gradient Wealth Management house accounts. This requires reaching out to existing individual clients to establish an advisory or securities relationship, perform financial reviews, and offer additional investment strategies to help them meet their long-term financial objectives. In addition, the Client Account Manager will utilize Gradient marketing and financial planning tools to seek out new advisory & securities clients for the firm. The Client Account Manager will receive all the back office, technology, and training support that Gradient offers to its nationwide advisory base. High School Diploma or GED – Required
Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
Series 7, 66 or equivalent licenses – Required
Life and health insurance license – Required
2 years in an advisory/securities or associate advisory/securities role with a financial services company – Required
Proven knowledge of investment account processing requests
Proven knowledge of a variety of investment offerings and concepts (ie. stocks, bonds, ETFs)
Competent knowledge of basic finance concepts
Competent knowledge of financial planning and case design
Proven skill in creating and maintaining effective interpersonal client relationships
Ability to uncover additional client financial planning and investment offering needs

Provide supporting casework for investment client base
Be involved in marketing Gradient Investments strategies to existing and new clients
Building a book of new advisory clients
Establish relationships with strategic partners within Gradient Financial Group
Successfully establish remote video meetings with clients
Initiate and present client case design and demonstrate proficiency in highlighting the benefits of Gradient Investments portfolio offerings
Proactively identify potential problems and compliance issues in order to maintain client satisfaction
Meet monthly activity set forth by management
Attend required training events and meetings as determined by management
Calendar, task management, and organizational skills are important
Participate in advisory/securities business plan reviews (goal projections/business tracking, etc.)
Maintain an in depth knowledge of Gradient Investment Portfolio offerings and other Vendors necessary to maintain the advisory house accounts.
Utilize Gradient sales process and marketing materials in developing a book of AUM/Commissions business
Event participation (RIA University, Elite Advisor Forum, New Gen, etc.)
