SUMMARY
- Associates Degree in Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Technology from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited END program or equivalent. A combination of experience and education may be used to meet the degree requirement; however, the work experience years used to qualify for the degree requirement cannot be used to meet the work requirement.
- One (1) year clinical EEG experience is required.
- Successfully complete ABRET certification within one (1) year of employment date.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association is required.
- Eligible for registration by the American Board of Registration of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists (ABRET) in EEG(R. EEG T) is required.
- Successfully complete ABRET certification withinone (1) year of employment date.
