Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) and Professional Engineer license (PE) required
- Must have MEP Engineering experience, specifically in the design of HVAC, gas, chiller, and other systems for commercial, municipal, and industrial facilities
- Proficiency in field visits, project scope, proposals, RFIs, design, project engineering, and reports
- Ability to mentor junior engineering staff and collaborate with clients regularly
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Diverse range of projects to work on, including commercial, municipal, and industrial facilities
