- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) and Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience
- Proficiency in designing drainage systems, paving, lot layouts, and utilities layout
- Experience in site design for military, commercial, municipal, and other land development projects
- Familiarity with USACE, DOD, DOE, DOT, and other government projects
- Ability to manage project scope, proposals, design, and project engineering
- Seeking an experienced and ambitious individual
- Strong project backlog providing stable workload
