We are looking for a talented individual who has a proven track record in designing and managing various transportation projects, including roadway, drainage, paving, and grading. Experience working on projects with the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is a definite advantage for this position.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects at the local, state, and federal levels. Your key responsibilities will include handling project scope, preparing proposals, leading the design process, and overseeing project engineering. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with clients and collaborating with internal teams. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding junior engineers within the firm.
