Graham Automotive Group in Sioux Falls, SD is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our dynamic service team. We offer sales and service of Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, and a variety of quality pre-owned vehicles. The right candidate will be responsible for all operations within the service department - from hiring and managing technicians and service advisors, to overall customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Serving as a liaison between service advisors, technicians and customers.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Manage and Hire technicians and service advisors
• Distribute work between advisors and technicians
• Prioritize required services
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers.

Job Requirements

• At least 1-year previous service manager experience or 5 years’ experience as service advisor at a dealership.
• Strong technical automotive knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Organized and friendly personality
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Dealership experience preferred
