Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment. Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day. Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and ordermanagement. Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures. You Have: High School diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service experience.
