Jamba - Cashier/Food Service Worker (FWS/NFWS)
Position Summary/Purpose:
Team members are to strive to deliver a quality guest experience, deliver products that meet brand standards and recipes, maintain their stations in a clean and orderly manner and assist other team members as needed. Crew members will be trained in multiple positions including front of the house, back of the house, guest service, or prep.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/Essential Functions:

• Responsible for following brand standards, company rules and polices and job responsibilities in job positions as assigned by the supervisor.
• Responsible for greeting guest and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner.
• Responsible for maintain quality standards of the products prepared.
• Responsible for friendly and efficient customer service
• Cash handling positions will be responsible for accurate cash control.
• Responsible for delivering food and drink orders to guests and confirming accuracy of orders.
• Responsible for cleanliness in the dinning room and other service areas accessed by guest. Also, of various stations or storage areas.

• Maturity of judgment and behavior.
• Maintain high standards for work area and appearance
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must comply with any dress code requirements.
• Attends work and show up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.

Experience/Education:
Grand Canyon University is committed to a student first policy. Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:

• Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor's Program or Master's program.
• Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor's level student or a 3.0 as a Master's level student.
• Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.

You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
Physical Requirements:

• Standing: 4-8 hours a day
• Sitting: 0-1 hour a day
• Walking: 4-8 hours a day
• Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
• Significant walking or other mean of mobility.
• Ability to work in a standing positions for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to reach, bend, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.

Pay Rate: Minimum Wage
