Essential Duties Of The Position
- Effectively deal the game of Blackjack to our guests with an unmatched gaming experience in a friendly environment in alignment with the mission, objectives, policies and procedures of Grand Casino, and in full accordance with all Federal, State and Tribal gaming regulation.
- 18 Years of Age
- Must be able to obtain license from Gaming Regulatory Authority, and follow all relevant rules, or laws required by law or policy.
- Table Games dealing must participate in a Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures Table Games Dealer Training program.
- Must pass an internal proficiency audition proving competence in dealing skills and procedures.
- We are looking for part-time Blackjack Dealers.
- This is a two week (80 hour) course for new dealers and 40 hour course for experienced dealers that is PAID, and will provide you with the knowledge to become a successful blackjack dealer.
- Candidates must pass an audition at the end of class in order to be eligible for the $500 sign-on bonus and a Table Games Dealer position.
- January 14 , 2024 - January 24, 2025
- Dealer Class Tuesday - Saturday: 4PM - 12 AM (midnight)
- In person Orientation held Monday, January 13, 202 during the day.
- Interviews held during the week in the afternoon
