```Duties```
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum for preschool children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide guidance and support in social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and administrators to ensure the best possible learning experience for children
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones

-Willingness to attend and be involved in church activities

```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children
- Experience in Christian counseling or teaching is highly desirable
- Previous babysitting or daycare experience is beneficial
- Ability to educate and engage children in a variety of subjects through creative teaching methods
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies and techniques
- First aid certification is preferred
