We are in search of a Ski Rental Attendant to join our Ski team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler, this award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.

About the role

A grand opportunity awaits as part of the Grand Geneva family as a Rental Attendant: Assist guests with snow sports rental equipment.

What will you be doing?

• Assist with day to day operations of boot room.
• Assist guest with rental equipment.
• Assist with equipment repairs when needed.
• Help keep rental room clean and organized.
• Ensure safety of guests while at the ski hill.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Someone who is passionate about people and travel
• Willing to work weekends
• LOVES meeting new people and interacting with guests
• LOVES snow and cold weather environments
• Has reliable transportation to and from work
• Past experience on ski hills and customer service a plus
• Enjoys proactively using their creativity to personalize the guest experience
