Grand Ground Enterprise LLC is Hiring a Senior Cost Estimation Support Specialist Near Washington, DC

Job Description

Job Description
  • Assist in the development of the Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE) in support of PEO MS ACQ Programs as well as additional SDD supported products and efforts.
  • Assist in the development, consolidation, and documentation of cost assumptions and estimates in accordance with Program Analysis & Evaluation (PA&E) guidelines.
  • Responsible for cost analysis and economic analysis issues ranging from strategic guidance, program assessment, program status, and program execution.
  • Assist in the development of cost analyses and cost assessments to support external management reviews and internal management effectiveness efforts to ensure compliance with IT OIPT and the OMB Circular A-130 Management of Federal Information Resources, and any superseding or applicable documents.
  • Coordination of external group data inputs and the subsequent organization, preparation, and coordination of program justification documents for internal and external reviews including, but not limited to, In-Progress Reviews and Milestone Reviews for all PEO-MS ACQ Programs, and cost estimates for trade studies.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a work breakdown structure (WBS) and/or Core Enterprise Services (CES) to be used as the basis by which contract costs and progress are reported for PEO-MS programs/projects,
  • Maintain a CES for products compliant with the PA&E generic cost element structure and tailored for the cost dynamics/characteristics of the PEO-MS supported efforts,
  • Develop and update an Economic Analysis Development Plan (EADP) and Economic Analysis for all PEO-MS supported efforts.
  • Develop the Economic Analysis (EA) component that supports ACQ program Life Cycle Management (LCM) and resource allocation decisions in the DoD Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and budget review process for all ACQ programs.
  • Contractors may have access and/or require updates to Ektropy data and will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE AT A MINIMUM IS REQUIRED

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. 3-5 yrs experience building a thorough lifecycle cost estimate independently.
  2. Must be detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
  3. Familiarity of the DoD, Military Health System and/or the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
