This is an On Call Position, housing is not provided. Must live on Mackinac Island. Must be authorized to work in the US or have a J1 visa with authorization to work for multiple employers.

Summary:

• Work in a high-energy kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team in their food preparation and service

• Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
