Job Summary:
The Materials Logistics Coordinator plans and manages the materials supply for a well maintenance project. They work with a team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals to ensure that material is available when and where it is needed, and that it is moved efficiently and effectively. This role primarily will be dispatching equipment used in well servicing workover jobs. Some overtime is expected as the role will have on-call duties at some frequency.

Responsibilities:
-responsible for all trucking dispatching/scheduling in system for assigned regions
-manages requests from field for delivers/pick-up/changes
-monitors all jobs in system to ensure successful delivery
-coordinates communications between supply yards, requesters, and trucking contractors to ensure timely delivery of correct materials

Skills:
Proficient computer skills
Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines (engineering, operations, support)
Downhole or workover experience related to oilfield is a plus
Trucking or logistics background is a plus
Inventory management is a plus

Downhole and Workover experience needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
