**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Assistant to join our team . The position is for one Monday a month in our Montrose office, and on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday in Grand Junction. This position will start late July or beginning of August.

**Duties:**

- Assist surgeon during surgical procedures

- Prepare operating rooms for surgery

- Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments

- Provide post-operative care to patients

- Maintain accurate medical records

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

- Experience in Oral or Periodontal surgery (willing to train the right candidate)

- Proficiency in Eaglesoft software

- Strong assisting skills in surgical settings

- Familiarity with CBCT machine

- Understanding of dental terminology

- Ability to manage medical records efficiently

- Competence in X-Ray procedures
