About The PositionIn this exciting role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of positions, ensuring we build a team that reflects our commitment to excellence. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the entire offer process. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the interview process, scheduling appointments, coordinating logistics, and preparing interview materials.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide feedback throughout the process.
  • Manage and extend offers of employment, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends in recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our company culture and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of working at Grand Living.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Proven success in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • A passion for senior living and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
BenefitsFor the Talent Acquisition Specialist position, we offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package for full-time employees including 1) a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program offering 120 hours of PTO in the first year, increasing to 160 hours in the second year, and continuing to build with length of service; 2) affordable insurance options for medical, dental, vision and more; 3) a 401(k) with a 4% company match on a 5% contribution, 4) automatic life insurance and AD&D coverage for all team members with a robust employee assistance program (EAP).
PTO is earned at lesser rates for part-time staff. Grand Living is a high-end upscale environment including exquisite cuisine and free employee meals (must meet eligibility requirements), Grand Spa & Fitness facilities available for use at designated times.
