Grand Pacific Resorts is Hiring a Call Center Supervisor Near Carlsbad, CA

The Grand Pacific Vacation Services Supervisor’s primary role is to supervise the day to day functions of our Grand Pacific Vacation Specialists with in the GPVS call center. You will lead your team through example as well as through daily oversight of inbound and outbound calls in queue, transactions, escalations, and expectation of service level. Coaching, monitoring, and implementing new processes are also a core responsibility. The Call Center Supervisor will also be the liaison between management and our Vacation Specialist in order to deliver information regarding business strategy and department goals to the team. We are looking for an energetic team leader who motivates and encourages their team every day.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Creating and leading new processes to improve accuracy and team efficiency
  • Supervising and implementing change.
  • Weekly validations of all data which includes verifying all reservations, banking’s, ownership verifications and owner contracts are accurate and modifying/researching as necessary.
  • Processing an average of 50 or more owner rental contracts per week and notifying owners of acceptance or denial & maintaining correct balance of owner rental allocations within the PMS system. Instructions, review and preparation of documentation and training.
  • Measure staff performance and develop appropriate strategies for strengthening areas in need of improvement, including but not limited to; coaching and administering of all disciplinary actions, completing annual reviews & training/action plans
  • Reconciliation of all Owner Rental reservations with accounting and the resorts on a daily bases
  • Creates new and unique methods and procedures to streamline tasks; with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Measure staff performance and develop appropriate strategies for strengthening areas in need of improvement, including but not limited to; coaching and administering of disciplinary actions, completing annual reviews & training/action plans.
  • Resolve inbound and outbound escalations with owners and guests with confident courteous services
  • In person scheduled or unannounced meetings with guests as required.
  • Incoming and outgoing calls as required by business demands.
  • Assisting with any ResorTime/GPVS campaigns, duties or projects as needed.
  • Must be available to work varied schedules based upon the organization’s needs to include weekends
  • Maintains a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Other duties as needed.

  • Knowledge of SalesForce preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills to complete reports, giving and receiving instructions, review and preparation of documentation and training.
  • Must perform well independently as well as in a team environment.
