The Territory Sales Consultant is responsible for managing sales efforts and customer service in the assigned market as well as implementing distributor planning, programming, and account execution. Ultimately responsible for delivering the sales plan in the given market and acting as the conduit for all distributor functions relating to the Company business. Core Duties And Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
• Execute all aspects of sales plan within assigned market. Present brand plans, pricing and promotion, and programming according to parameters of business plan.
• Responsible for on-going and consistent communication with customers to include monitoring of product inventory levels and increasing of actual shipments and depletions.
• Responsible for brand execution at the market level. Brand standards to include: pricing everyday and promotional, shelf placement, and proper product attribute tagging.
• Monitor and track marketing programs.
• Work closely with Dora’s Naturals to execute orders and prevent out of stock situations.
• Will visit national and local chains based on identified store list.
• Responsible for new PODs within independent accounts.
• Will be required to meet with Dora’s Naturals team when requested.
• Keep abreast of competitive trends and report findings.
• Territory includes, but not limited to, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
• Main territory will be Long Island, NY. Must be located in Long Island.
• Weekly reporting on all store visits and execution, summary of competitive dynamics, MALK’s position on shelf, store stock levels, and a summary of that week’s completed work to be delivered every Friday afternoon.
