Custodian (Day shift 9:00 am - 6:00 pm) Department: Facilities and Operations Bargaining Unit: Grand Rapids Educational Support Professionals Association (GRESPA) Hourly Rate: According to the collective bargaining agreement JOB SUMMARY This person is a member of the Operations Department and reports to the Day Operations Supervisor and works in conjunction with Operations Specialists and Sector Leaders. The position supports the educational process by maintaining the district's buildings in operational excellence through efficient housekeeping, grounds keeping and basic repair services. This person will be assigned to various tasks such as special events throughout the district and may be assigned to work in multiple buildings as required.
