SUMMARY OF POSITION: A member of the Maintenance Team, the Painter reports to the Supervisor of Maintenance and is responsible for assisting in the operation of the Paint Department. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required Knowledge and a minimum of five (5) years professional experience in the painting field is required Ability to layout and plan work with minimal supervision Must have valid drivers license, good driving record and reliable transportation Ability to layout and apply parking lot striping and traffic control sinage. Knowledge, skill, and ability to remove graffiti from various surfaces and materials Must pass a pre-employment physical Demonstrated good in person attendance and punctuality Deomonstrated ability to participate as a member of team Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse environment MACHINES, TOOLS, AND EQUIPMENT: Speciality tools of the trade will be provided.
