Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced After School Tae Kwon Do Program Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and engaging with children who are part of our after-school program. While you will not be teaching Tae Kwon Do, your role is crucial in ensuring that the children are supervised, safe, and having a positive experience in a high-energy, supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise children in the after-school program, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Engage with children in a positive and energetic manner, creating a fun and supportive environment.
• Facilitate activities and transitions between different parts of the program, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Monitor and manage behavior, providing guidance and support to address any issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and positive experience.
• Assist with the organization of activities and events as needed, contributing to the overall success of the program.
• Maintain a clean and organized area, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience working with children is highly preferred. Experience in a similar supervisory or support role is a plus.
• Education: Applicants must be at least 18 years old. We prefer candidates with a high school diploma or higher.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and connect with children in a high-energy environment.
• Passion: A genuine desire to work with children and contribute to their positive development and well-being.
