San Fernando Valley

This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least one (1) year of experience as an RN. Home Health experience preferred
• Wound care experience required
• Medication management experience required
• Willingness and ability to provide bathing assistance to clients required, which would ensure patient and clinician safety and comfort during the process. This may involve full or partial bathing depending on individual needs, adhering to established safety protocols and respecting the patient's dignity. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle physical demands of the job, and sensitivity to the needs of elderly or disabled individuals.
• Valid California LVN license required
• Current CPR certification required
• Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Located in Southern California
