This is primarily acute orthopedic and cardiac rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least one (1) year of experience as a PT
• Home Health experience
• Valid California PT license required
• Current CPR certification required
• Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Located in Southern California

Job Types: Per-Diem with Full-Time potential - This is direct hire work - not interested in independent contractors.
