The incumbent must be available to work at least 2 days during the weekdays, and two weekend days per month (not two entire weekends - two weekend days per month.

This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients’ homes. We specialize in orthopedic and cardiac care with predominantly healthy patients who are recovering from a particular, recent surgery. Because our patients do not have several comorbidities, our patients, our clinicians and our MD partners see impressive progress quickly.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least one (1) year of experience as an RN
• Home Health experience as a Registered Nurse required.
• Valid California RN license required
• Current CPR certification required
• Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Located in Southern California
