Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance staff, ensuring the efficient operation of equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Oversee high voltage systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage HVAC systems and industrial maintenance activities
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Train new maintenance employees on procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in facilities management and industrial maintenance
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Knowledge of high voltage systems and HVAC operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Certification in project management is a plus

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
