We are a full-service landscaping company, specializing in landscape design, build, and install, as well as lawn maintenance for both commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate for the Experienced Landscaping Maintenance Crew Leader position must:
- Have a valid driver's license, 3 years experience in maintenance, and at least 1 year of leadership experience.
- Be organized, with good attention to detail. Must be capable of communicating with clients on-site, and relaying information as needed to management.
- Proficiency in English, preferably conversational in Spanish.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work long hours in hot climate conditions safely.
- Have proven leadership experience and the ability to troubleshoot problems independently. You should be capable of working on your own and leading a team while knowing when to ask questions.
- Be capable of training crew members, and teaching your team the most efficient way to utilize common tools and machinery.
NON NEGOTIABLE ITEMS for Experienced Landscaping Maintenance Crew Leader:
- Valid South Carolina driver's license.
- Reliable transportation to/from Mt. Pleasant.

- Full-time Monday – Friday work schedule (6:45am-4ish pm), with optional weekend work for extra hours as needed.
