Grandview Heights Schools is Hiring a Middle School Athletic Director Position Near Columbus, OH

Schedule all MS athletic events and practices.
Reschedule any weather affected games.
Schedule and arrange transportation for MS athletic competitions.
Ensure that MS athletic facilities are in order and playable.
Formally evaluate MS Coaches.
Assist in the hiring of new middle school coaches.
Attend MS games, meets and contests including away games.
Serve as site supervisor for some varsity athletic contests.
Promote MS athletics to MS and Elementary school students and parents.
Promote athletics through news releases and ghathletics.org
Manage the equipment and apparel purchasing and distribution process for MS teams.
Work with the athletic secretary to ensure all required paperwork is completed prior to student participation.
Monitor student eligibility for MS student-athletes.
Ensure that all coaches and volunteers are properly credentialed per school and ODE requirements.
Attend MSL league meetings and other OHSAA sponsored educational meetings.
Assist in the scheduling of events in MS athletic facilities.
Field and respond to questions from parents and community related to MS athletics.
Serve as a site supervisor for MSL MS conference tournament games.
