What You'll Be Doing
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Human Resource Office.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date files.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Update and manage office documents and records.
What We Offer:
Salary: $19.93 per hour
Job Details:
Working days: 5 days per week
Hours per day: 4 hours
Temporary position: 07/30/2024 - 08/26/2024
What You'll Need:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or human resources experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications: Strong attention to detail, collaborative team player, flexible and adaptable, excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, quick to learn and adjust to new tasks, reliable and dependable, effective at following both written and verbal instructions, proficient in MS Office Suite with strong MS Excel skills.
