Grandview School District #200 is Hiring a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator Near Grandview, WA
What You'll Be Doing
Assist the Director of Facilities and Maintenance with determining custodial staffing levels at each facility. Ensure cleaning areas are divided equally and effectively for the purpose of developing a high functioning work unit.
Assist the Director of Facilities and Maintenance with the hiring and training of all maintenance, grounds, permanent and substitute custodial staff for the purpose of establishing a highly trained workforce.
Perform routine repair work and other work of a general maintenance/custodial nature for the purpose of supporting the work unit(s).
Ensure equipment is in good working condition and scheduled maintenance has been done to keep equipment in compliance for the purpose of efficiently meeting goals of the work unit.
What We Offer
Salary: $68,148 - $76,840
M/D/V insurance, Life insurance, Retirement benefits, Paid sick leave and Paid time off and/or vacation.
Job Details
Working days: 5 days per week / 260 days per year
Hours per day: 8 hours
What You'll Need:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Job related experience is desired.

Work EnvironmentThe usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and significant fine finger dexterity.
