- Assist the Director of Facilities and Maintenance with determining custodial staffing levels at each facility. Ensure cleaning areas are divided equally and effectively for the purpose of developing a high functioning work unit.
- Assist the Director of Facilities and Maintenance with the hiring and training of all maintenance, grounds, permanent and substitute custodial staff for the purpose of establishing a highly trained workforce.
- Perform routine repair work and other work of a general maintenance/custodial nature for the purpose of supporting the work unit(s).
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition and scheduled maintenance has been done to keep equipment in compliance for the purpose of efficiently meeting goals of the work unit.
- Salary: $68,148 - $76,840
- M/D/V insurance, Life insurance, Retirement benefits, Paid sick leave and Paid time off and/or vacation.
- Working days: 5 days per week / 260 days per year
- Hours per day: 8 hours
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Job related experience is desired.
