We're in search of seasoned call center professionals with a minimum of one year's overall experience, residing in California.
Your standard workweek will typically span Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What You'll Do
  • Work remotely, Monday through Friday within the 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM timeframe.
  • Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate channels.
  • Process calls efficiently to meet or surpass performance metrics.
  • Maintain meticulous call records, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation of account history.
  • Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively.
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum one (1) year of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings.
  • Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, both written and oral, to address inquiries with professionalism.
  • Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50 mbps is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
