Position Summary:

Granite Bank is seeking an energetic and experienced Treasury Management Specialist to advance our Treasury Management Department. As a Treasury Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the bank’s treasury services and ensuring the efficient handling of cash management products for our business customers. You will provide expert advice, support, and solutions to help our clients maximize their cash flow, reduce risk, and achieve their financial objectives. This role will involve collaborating with the Bank’s commercial lenders, retail operations, and other bank officers while maintaining strong client relationships. This position will report to our Market President in Champlin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle customers questions and issues in relation to treasury management products
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of treasury management products and solutions.
• Assist clients with the implementation of treasury management products, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell treasury management products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the bank’s relationship managers and other departments to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Meet with and educate customers on Treasury Management products
• Coordinate with customers on service adoption or enhancements

Qualifications:

· 5 years of years of banking experience.

· Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft suite of products.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in CSI NuPoint core banking functionality

· Outlook, Teams, Excel

· CSI eBanking
