Landscaping Spray Technician
Location: McLeansville, NC
- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH A CLEAN 3-YEAR RECORD REQUIRED

- MUST HAVE 1-2 YEARS COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPING EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Landscaping Spray Technician to apply chemicals and fertilizers on high-end commercial properties. What You’ll Do
- Perform chemical and fertilizer applications on turf and landscape areas to ensure optimal health and appearance
- Monitor the health of turf, trees, and plants, making recommendations for treatments
- Safely and efficiently apply products in accordance with all State and Federal regulations
- Attend mandatory field safety training and utilize proper safety equipment
- Properly log all applications, ensuring compliance with documentation standards
- Safely operate and maintain pressurized spray equipment, spreaders, tractors, overseeders, and other field tools
- Ensure all assigned equipment, tools, vehicles, and trailers are well-maintained, stored securely, and kept clean
- Report any equipment damage or malfunctions promptly and follow the maintenance schedules
- Adhere to Quality Control standards, reporting any site conditions to your Crew Leader/Manager
- Maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring job sites meet or exceed bid specifications
- Stay current on industry trends, including products and equipment advancements
- Follow all local, state, and federal pesticide application regulations and maintain licensing
- Keep safety documentation, including MSDS sheets, up-to-date and organized
- Work independently when required, demonstrating initiative and responsibility
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1-2 years in commercial landscaping with specific experience in chemical and fertilizer applications
- Skills: Ability to operate spray equipment and other related field tools effectively and safely
- Certifications: Pesticide Applicator’s License required; valid state driver’s license appropriate for vehicle class
- Mindset: Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
