Summary

The Nurse Practitioner performs duties that include but are not limited to taking a patient history, performing a physical examination, and making an assessment and diagnosis, including initiating, reviewing, and revising treatment and therapy plans for those services.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Nurse Practitioner license
• Prefer two (2) years in Medical Services in a health-related facility
• Current CPR Certification
• If a recovering person has a minimum of one year or more of continuous sobriety and active participation in a recovery program

Responsibilities And Competencies:

• Therapeutic procedures
• Laboratory and screening procedures
• Medical devices and physician’s prescriptions
• Medical record review
• Provide supervision and oversight to medical assistants and nurses as directed by the medical director
• Specifics are outlined in the service agreement and medical provider employment agreement
