Grants Pass School District No. 7 is now accepting applications for the following position for the 2024-2025 school year:

Districtwide Licensed Practical Nurse

8 Hours Per Day/183 Days to Work

A valid LPN license issued by Oregon State Nursing Board is required.

Additional coursework completed through the Oregon School Nurses Association is preferred, but not required.

Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish preferred.

OVERVIEW:

Provides a variety of health related, instructional and clerical services to assure safe and meaningful participation of students who require direct nursing care in school. Performs work of a recurring nature with established nursing methods, practices and procedures under general supervision of administrator, district school nurse, and/or student’s teacher (case manager). The LPN will work with a variety of students including those with intellectual or developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and other medical conditions.

STARTING SALARY: $27.67-$39.96 per hour. Dependent on experience/education.

• Upon selection, employees will be required to pay for the following: $12.50 fingerprinting fee and $66 ODE fingerprinting processing fee.
