Job Description:
Grants Pass Toyota is seeking an Assistant Service Consultant to support our current advisors in delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will assist in addressing customer service needs, recommending repair options, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. We are seeking someone with experience and a genuine interest in building customer satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of customer enthusiasm.
Job Duties:

• Assist and provide coverage for current service advisors during absences (vacations, days off, etc.).
• Greet guests and inspect vehicle history to identify customer needs.
• Recommend appropriate services, parts, and accessories to customers.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for recommended services.
• Monitor service progress throughout the day and communicate any changes in cost, delivery time, or services to customers.
• Administer warranty repairs for new and used vehicles following manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Consultant is beneficial.
• Experience with Dealer Track is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and high-energy personality.
