SALES EXECUTIVE – MILWAUKEE AND LA CROSSE WI TERRITORIES

Sales Executive

Graphic House Inc., an industry leading sign manufacturing firm, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to increase revenue and profit growth. You will work closely with the team on strategic prospective customers to help define key business needs, and to recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales in your assigned area. This role involves day travel and proactive prospecting efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients in your designated area
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on new opportunities
  • Address and resolve customer challenges promptly, escalating issues as necessary
  • Identify and pursue new sales prospects through various channels, including lead follow-up, e-commerce platforms, outbound calls, and emails
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the signage manufacturing, installation, and service processes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
  • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas
  • Proficient in phone communication, with experience handling numerous calls weekly
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attentive listener with a focus on understanding client needs
  • Willingness to travel, with minimal overnight stays

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, company car, company cell phone

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay: Salary plus Commission
