Administrative Assistant Position

A local, family-owned accounting firm is accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant. The successful applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and must possess ability to self-organize, handle multiple tasks and work independently. This position requires the highest professional confidentiality, keen attention to detail and enthusiasm to work as a team. Duties include the preparation of correspondence, filing, data entry and maintenance of related information in an electronic databases and programs. Additional tasks include assisting with the preparation and filing of tax returns. excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication with clients. A candidate with familiarity with Quickbooks and/or other accounting software is preferred but not required.
