Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Hybrid 3 days per week On-site (Deerfield Beach, Florida)
Job-Type: 12 MonthContract (Opportunity for Extension) – 40 hours per week

Qualifications
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dealer Services Representative to join our Accounting/Finance team on a contract basis. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the financial services industry, particularly in processing retail and lease contracts from dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Retail and Lease Contracts:
- Review, verify, and process retail and lease contracts submitted by dealers.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all contract documentation.
Data Entry:
- Accurately enter contract details and related data into the system.
- Maintain and update records as necessary.
Support Dealers:
- Provide excellent customer service to dealer representatives.
- Address and resolve inquiries related to contract processing.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all processed contracts comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit routine reports on contract processing activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1 year of Previous data entry or administrative experience
- Experience in a finance or accounting role is beneficial but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
