We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dealer Services Representative to join our Accounting / Finance team on a contract basis.

This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the financial services industry, particularly in processing retail and lease contracts from dealers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process Retail and Lease Contracts : Review, verify, and process retail and lease contracts submitted by dealers.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all contract documentation.
• Data Entry : Accurately enter contract details and related data into the system.Maintain and update records as necessary.
• Support Dealers : Provide excellent customer service to dealer representatives.Address and resolve inquiries related to contract processing.
• Compliance and Reporting : Ensure all processed contracts comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.Prepare and submit routine reports on contract processing activities.

Qualifications :

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience : 1 year of Previous data entry or administrative experienceExperience in a finance or accounting role is beneficial but not required.
