Data Specialist/Data Admin
Location: Hybrid: Primarily remote work, but local to Wilkes Barre, PA
Duration: 6 Months
SCHEDULE: 8 am to 4 pm daily Monday through Friday

Description:
This function is responsible for North American master data domains (Customer, Material, Product, Vendor) and applicable functions/countries/categories and manufacturing plants. The role is responsible for the front office activities in the create, extend, change, and deactivate processes for the designated scope. The role should ensure compliance of back office with the policies and procedures for each master data domain. It is a single point of escalation and clarification from back office to Mondelez. The role is also the business partner link for any Governance and sustainability topic, linked with the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OR ACCOUNTABILITY

• Major responsibilities:
• Entering accurate and complete data into the master data system (e.g., customer/product information).
• Maintaining and updating existing data records for accuracy.
• Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
• Following established data quality procedures.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Specific tasks:
• Daily data entry of assigned information (details may vary)
• Identifying and correcting errors (typos, missing information).
• Performing data quality checks through defined methods.
• Required skills/technologies:
• Strong typing skills
• Experience with data entry software such as SAP
• Basic understanding of data quality principles.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Min. 1 years of business experience in a functional area's of finance/supply chain
• SAP experience
• High School Diploma

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
