Job Summary/Description:
The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment while maintaining the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must have a strong work ethic, focus on details, and consistently strive to exceed client expectations.
The successful candidate will be responsible to fill (commercial) traffic logs and reconciling logs daily and work with account executives and sales management on material (commercial instructions) for orders, including television and digital. Will maintain commercial archive system, update and manage programming, and assist sales management team with order entry and maintenance of orders including make-goods for clients. The WideOrbit traffic system is used to maintain this information.

Qualifications/Requirements:
•Strong computer skills with attention to detail is essential
•Functional knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
•Ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently
•Proficient communication skills
•Work independently and manage time effectively
•Knowledge of WideOrbit software is a plus, but willing to train
