DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating, implementing, and enforcing policies for effective data management;
• Formulating management techniques for quality data collection to ensure the adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data;
• Devising and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data management with attention to all technical and compliance aspects;
• Collaborate with data stakeholders in defining company-wide metrics and relevant data sources,
• Keep abreast and inform the organization of industry data trends and development; and
• Other duties as assigned/required.

EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES

• Minimum of a four-year college degree;
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Quality Analyst;
  • Two to five years of working experience in data management, data quality, or other data administration functions;
• Thorough understanding of management and data administration duties, including collection, analysis, and distribution;
• Effective written/oral communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with data stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of modern database and information systems technologies;
• Experience organizing and interpreting large amounts of data;
• Creative problem solving skills to develop and refine effective data management processes and policies.
