**About the Opportunity**
We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to assist in providing exceptional customer service to our rapidly growing customer base. This associate would have the unique opportunity to grow alongside the company and help shape the future direction.
This associate would be responsible for fielding inbound communications as well as initiating customer contact daily. The main goal of this position is to provide excellent customer service. Attentiveness to customer needs and a positive attitude are a must. This associate would also be responsible for making regular collections calls which includes contacting past due customers, establishing repayment schedules, and advising customers on option as well as potential impact on their credit.

* Resolve inbound inquiries and issues independently and escalate as needed.
* Initiate contact with customers in order to resolve account issues.
* Be flexible to perform a number of different tasks as needed.
**About You**
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* 1-2 years in a Call Center/Collections environment is a plus.
* Collections experience preferred.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word)
* Candidate must be able to work independently, unsupervised, and efficiently.
* Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
* Bilingual experience is a plus.
