Job Description :

This position requires a blend of account management and customer service skills to support our clients effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
