**Job Description:**
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our products or services to prospective customers and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for meeting sales targets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and contact potential customers to present our products or services
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, or willingness to learn
- Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
