Grayson Search Partners is Hiring a Compensation Associate Near Chicago, IL

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the cross-boarding process for transfers and promotions, including managing systems access, updates, memos, and integration into new teams or positions.
  • Developing, monitoring, and reporting on the annual hiring plan.
  • Maintaining the budget file for headcount planning and reporting.
  • Playing a key role in administering the LTI program, including generating mid-year and annual statements and ensuring accurate offerings at the time of hire.
  • Supporting the year-end compensation process, from budget approval to compensation statements, and coaching leaders through the process.
  • Facilitating the hiring process from position approval to offer confirmation and LTI generation.
  • Ensuring that all exiting team members complete the offboarding process, including disabling system access, clarifying tech information, and completing and sharing the exit interview.
  • Serving as the point of contact for compliance and HR audit data production and processes.

What we’re looking for:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years (or more) of experience in Human Resources, Compensation, or a related area.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, management, and external parties.
  • Experience with maintaining and implementing HR-related software.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
